THE EQ FOUNDATION COURSE© is the cornerstone of your emotional intelligence coaching program.

EQ coaching begins when you assess the client’s EQ and start them on The EQ Foundation Course©. This course teaches what emotions are and where they come from, what EQ is, and what some of the competencies are. It is designed to increase their EQ as they take it, and is unique in this respect.

With the course providing a common vocabulary and familiarity with concepts, you can focus valuable coaching time on action points, process, practice and feedback. The EQ Foundation Course© is the educational stage. Behavioral change follows when you coach the client as they practice competencies in the real world.

A reasonable expectation for development in EQ is 3-6 months. Therefore, The EQ Foundation Course© is 12 weekly lessons, on the Internet.
